Definitely a cat person... They are knife people too. 5 D/A OTFs on each appendage is cat EDC.

This is Big Kitty and Little Kitty 2 years ago. Now little kitty is the biggest most ripped cat in the house. Big Kitty has liked grooming me and there is something cute about about waking up to a cat licking your face :D

Seriously, though, yeah, that's a problem.
Love toward a material object should stay...well, material.
Anything beyond that is a no-no.
And if the love toward your wife has fallen beneath the level of material love then it's time to move on.

Trying to talk my woman into getting the Spyderco Persian to accessorize with our Persian cat. I'll post pics if that ever happens.
 
No contest, love the wife much more.

After all, she's the "enabler" who always says, when I mention buying a gun or knife, "well, if you don't buy it while you can, you'll regret it later."

Now, if she began complaining about the guns or knives, she would not be the same woman, and the answer might be different.
 
My wife told me she would divorce me if I bought 1 more knife!

That was about 25 knives ago and we still love each other very much!
 
I love knives, cats, and lots of other things, but my wife is my SOUL MATE; never to be out shined by or second to anything (other than the Lord, and He wants me to LOVE MY WIFE).
