(pls read my edit down bottom, I think I know what went wrong. Good noon, BF staff! I think my recent thread removed (Gayle Bradley Advocate ect ect) in the sales was falsely removed. If wrong, my apologies.
Before I put the thread up, I was worried about selling two of the same knife or if I had to wait. I contacted a mod

From what I understand, you cannot post the same knife more than once in two weeks. It is a different knife, I sold the first. That's why the new pictures. I was told by a mod posting in For Sale this was okay. Sorry if there's something I am getting wrong, but if not, I'd really appreciate my thread back. It is not the same knife, just the same model.

EDIT: Oh jeez, was there info in the comments about the second advocate, on the first thread?? Dang it. I can't remove that, can I? And repost the one that isn't all cluttered up and has new proper pics? Other has pics of old knife.

I moved it back to its previous spot.

If I could let me give you some advice

Don’t edit out your sales threads until at minimum the person receives the items and are satisfied. If you have multiple of the same items that you were wanting to sell either list them in the same thread or wait two weeks in between to avoid any confusion. Also I’m not sure who you spoke with but if you’re going to inform a moderator of a possible issue it’s much more helpful if you let more than one of us know.

Thanks. If you check edits to this thread you can see my transcript with Boru or I can copy paste for you. I was told it was fine. Sorry not to throw you under the bus Boru lol
Chose him because I saw him posting rules in sales forum.

This stuff is good to know and exactly what I asked about - if it was okay and good ettiquette to sell a differerent knife of same model while in the mail and told this was okay as long as I posted new pics with it.

New seller. Getting used to it around here. Thanks for helping out. Will remember what you said about waiting for arrivals and advertising. And will remove the advert from the previous thread so I only have the one for the Advocate.
 
Awesome, thank you everyone! Removed all ref of the Advocate from the other thread, by the way, just for reference.
