I think the belt clip is to tight.

I have a EMC and really like it. I want to get a mini CQC7 next. Anyway the only issue I have is the belt clip is tight. The wave works much better with pants with thinner material. When I pull it out of my pocket, often it sticks and have to pull it again.
Has anyone tried adjusting/bending the clip. I don't want it to lose but think I could make an adjustment.

I have to get me one of those cool Emerson tee shirts!

You could try bending it a little if you want.

Is it that much of a problem ?
 
i've never thought the eki clips were too tight, but i have a strider sng that was way too tight. it was a pain to get out of my pocket.

i bent it a bit, so there is about 1/16" of a gap between the clip and scale. now it works perfectly for me.
 
My HD-7 is a tad loose. Quick fix.
JAH, my old SnG clip and my WT clip are boar-azz tight.
 
Its funny sometimes how I ask the easiest questions.
Bent it, 5 seconds, its done, much better.
