A while back, I had bought a Salsa from an on-line retailer. I had ordered one of the regular aluminim Salsa's, but I'm starting to wonder if I didn't get a titanium Salsa by mistake (I'm not complaining!!). The pocket clip is not reversable. And the lock is sorta a liner type, but is located at the top of the knife. What do I have? I thought it was always an aluminum, but after reading other posts, I'm beginning to wonder. Thanks a lot.

What colour is it?

Is it a liner lock compression or framelock compression?

If the latter then it is titanium, if the former then it is aluminum.

It is a grayish color.

I am a little confused on the difference between liner and framelock. It does appear that the liner flips out to lock the blade. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about either.

This one is titanium with the whole side frame cut out to form the lock.

If yours looks like this then it is Ti.

This one is aluminum but they don't show the lock side so you can't tell that it's not a frame.

Is it #ed with a V on it.I had one of these.The V means its a variant.None changeable clip.

or he could have just looked on the side to see if he had the logo that said salsa on it that covers the whole scale!:p
