I thought I had enough knives, then I started reading the Becker forum.
I read the posts and the FAQ's and decided I should get a BK2, you guys
made it sound so good. While I was putting in my order I kept looking at the
BK11 and decided I needed that for opening beer and triming cigars.

I've been using them around the ranch for the past week and i'm in love.
these are some fine knives. In November I'll put them to work in Elk camp.

Oh by the way I just put in a order for the Bk14, its a sickness.

Lucky for you, Dr. Becker is in the house and seeing patients. LOL. Congrats on the new knives. Moose

Couldn't agree more.

Will be giving into the urge for the 14 despite just getting the necker.....

Now to find a brute. Don't know why but it like it's some siren calling to me.... Don't judge me!!! :D

some people gotta have them all  :D  i wouldn't know about that :p

and i'm sure there's a shelf with a few, and bucket with some, and a truck with one, and someone's trunk with 20. it's a matter of time.

Oh, but you are being judged, Mighty1, by a jury of your peers who have found you wanting . . . more Beckers (just like the rest of us).

Oh, and welcome aboard.

Must find this magical trunk you speak of. :D I just want one! Well for the time being....

I thought I had enough knives,...its a sickness.

What?! Enough knives?! A sickness?! Blasphemy!

Seriously, though, I felt this way once... only once, and then I was back to buying knives. Just when I think the knife buying is slowing, I find more that I "need." I only have two Beckers, a BK2 and a Camillus BK9 blank, but I definitely need more Beckers! Especially for their prices!

Hey Ballard.....

Welcome and THANK YOU for your patronage and kind words !!!!......I would love to see some pix especially from your upcoming quest for elk.....Pix from everyday ranch chores would be fine too !!!!!......Speaking of ranch where might hail from....

All Best....

It's only money. (Not that I have a lot.)

be interesting to figure a KaBar Becker collection based on MSRP

then to figure MAP versions of same. bit of cash.

the problem comes if you want to collect various other generations/models.

probably spending a < $4000 to get most of them would be hard at this point. even just camillus models. for some knife colelctors, esp of certain brands, that's apparently their monthly even weekly budget ;) oiy!

there's still a few i don't have. no hurry :)

Hi Eathan,
You have designed some very nice knives. I will get some pictures of the
elk hunt. I've a small ranch in the Beartooth Mountains in Montana.
