Here's two more of my newer aquisitions.

The top one is a Custom Shop 110 with a BG-42 blade and what I think is Snakewood with NS bolsters. I got it from Flatlander1963 so if I'm wrong about the wood, maybe he will correct me.

The bottom one is the Ironwood Alaskan Guide. I didn't get one when they were available from Cabela's (too much money) and I'm glad I didn't because I found this one for $80 less. :D

If the top one IS snakewood, it looks different than most i've seen.

I would guess curly koa.

Nice knives Dave.

GORGEOUS knives! Perfect pics as always Dave! :D

I would say KOA myself, it doesnt look like the snakewood Gen 5. To me anyway.

Thanks for sharing!

I dug out my Gen-5 and you're right. They aren't even close.

A little brain flatulance on my part I guess.:o

I never get tired of looking at custon Buck knives. Both of these are real beauties. I like Ironwood a lot also. I have a Ltd. Ed. 111 with Ironwood, and nickel bolsters that is a real looker. That KOA is also a looker too. Great Pics, and keep em coming. Can't afford all them, but love to look and admire.

Yes it is KOA...ordered it with Pete myself.
I can't remember why I decided to sell it...oh I have too many 110s :(
