I thought one of benefits of Gold was posting pics from PC, what happened?

You can - they just have to be hosted some where first - like Photobucket.

Or you can do the attachment photos, were you have the little thumb nail photos that folks have to click on.

Even as a moderator, I never saw the benefit of posting from my computer. A photo hosting site gives us more tools.

We have had problems with Bladeforums-based pics. The site has had technical problems that overwhelmed this capacity. If we switch to a new system replacing vBulletin, then maybe ...

I haven't had any problems uploading pics. Photo sharing sights like PhotoBucket work better, however.

Thanks. I am using Imgur, photobucket seems to be having problems. With imgur I have to remember to do that bracket thing.

1) I use Photobucket all the time. Works for me.

That said, while it does work as a host one can use to post pics, that site has been wildly unreliable the last couple days.

You can upload photos to here with a paid membership. We're not an image repository though, and there are better, free alternatives elsewhere. I suggest Imgur personally

Whenever I try to add a pic to a post from my pc I get this, and best I can tell nobody has access to the pic.View attachment 668548
