When I die, I wanna go in my sleep like Grandpa did.... Not horrified, and frozen with fear like his passenger!!!

I've got a sharp rock that cost more to make than thatfugly lookin thing. And my rock is actually an original design too.

Funny ad, but it figures!

My actual length depends on what is Displayed on the monitor, not its resolution

Now if they could come up with a limited edition model with a plastic tourist medallion on the handle and a monogramed blade ... and a genuine simulated leather sheath and vinyl suspendered shoulder holster and "secret agent" credentials, super secret decoder ring ...

Just for the record, the part I thought was funny was how he says actuall size (depending on monitor). After reading David2584's comment makes me want to take a picture of my $#@& and place a personal ad somewhere

But, Mike, do you really want a picture of your $#@& all over the internet? How 'bout all us Forumites come up with suggestions for an alias? You're gonna need one!

I love when I get a laugh like you guys gave me here . I think back when My brother who got me into knives and he had all this absolute crap and awful tantos that he was so enthusiatic about when the rambo knife craze started. I hated knives and thought they were such junk and a waste of steel.I really mean this, but years later he discovered Randall made and customs and tried to get me interested. WOW! I loved Knives so much after seeing thoughtfull designs executed with attention to detail not cutting corners for maximizing profits. I laughed because of all the guys that really go for this stuff. There are so many and I get to know that you guys perfectly understand my position. I still have people giving me $*@&% spyderco ripoffs from Taiwan that come in green paper boxes because they know I like knives and they could afford a dollar fifty to give it to me. They have such an expression of anticipation waiting to see my face light up and exclaim that" its the best knife in my collection and I will surely start to use it right off and ever more!" They have seen my daily carry Case sunfish and my randalls and they ask how many knives am I going to need in one lifetime then they come up with a rip off so bad it doesn't even have a hole in the blade but a plastic stud glued on. And do not get me started on how much I hate serrations and how many cheap knives are sold bexcause some guy just discovered them. Just think how many people think of their expertice and are proud of it. May be I am being sneered at behind my back for what I thought was a sound thought.
ANyway I lughed so hard and really enjoyed this post. Knives add so much to life even cheap ones are occassion to smile!

Yeah, but those knives have some use.
#1 Practicing freehand sharpening (even though a lot of the time the knife is so poorly ground that it is impossible to put an edge on it).

#2 Using it to scrape the old compound off my strop.

#3 Showing people why more expensive knives are better than the knock offs.
