Check this news story out. A man was at a fast food restaurant when he noticed something bad was happening in the car that was pulled up to the drive-thru window. A child was in the back seat and wrapped himself around the neck, several times, with the seatbelt he was wearing, suffocating himself on accident.
The man quickly ran over to see what was happening, deployed his pocket knife and cut the tangled seat belt from around the child's neck to free him. The man then preformed CPR on the child and ended up saving his life.
They say that if the man would not have had a pocket knife to cut the boy loose, the boy more than likely would have died.
