I walked around my property and over to the river I saw.

probably 3 different species of migrating Ducks
a gaggle of 16 Turkeys
20+ Deer some as big as eight point
an owl
multiple wood peckers.
squirrels abound
Coyote tracks

Wildlilfe out here is great...
 
Now that is a great walk. I took a walk too and all I saw was what I thought was a kitty. So I called, "Here kitty kitty." As the kitty started to come I saw it wasn't a cat at all but a skunk. Yup and as I turned and my walk became a run the darn thing started to chase me. I'm staying indoors for now on. :)

No offense intended, 16 turkeys is a rafter or gang, geese would be a gaggle.

I had such a place 30 years ago Got depressed and lost it, pissed the wife off so bad she left too.

Ren, posts like yours are akin to someone describing their first visit to the Playboy Mansion, nice but much better with pics. :)

No offense to you.....gaggle or gang or rafter....what RTDTB mentioned was gonna be something neat to see......OR...... a Thanksgiving dinner input!!

I've seen gangs or rafters of turkeys in Michigan while flyfishing in some beautiful parts of the state espec. around the upper parts of the Manistee River.....I just thought they were wild turkeys......
