i took my EDC apart, cant put it together

ok, its not as bad as it sounds

i took it apart to clean and have a look. thats fine, but now the screw closest to the pivot is stuck with about one mm to screw in. i cant unscrew it, and cant screw it further in. its a minor thing, but im worried water might get into the screw hole and i wouldnt be able to stop rust.

id better add, how can i unscrew or tighten this screw ? what is causing it to be stuck ? its really pissing me off cos the knife is great, and just one little problem like this detracts from that

Do you have a soldering iron or have access to one? If so, try heating up the head of the screw to loosen any of the thread lock that remain on the threads of the bolt and screw. Then you might be able to move the screw. Hope this helps.
