This is a nice little knife. I'll be wrapping it tonight while watching OSU get beat. I'm not an Arkansas fan, but I am an SEC fan and I can't stand OSU.

Thanks for all your info and opinions on my last thread about my first ESEE. This forum is slowly becoming the #1 of the two I visit everyday.

I'll post some pics once I get it wrapped the way I want it. I have some Blue Camo para-cord ordered.

Congratulations!!
BE CAREFUL wrapping it or your gonna get bit!!!!

Nice score! Some advice though, keep your attention focused on the wrap job. Izulas have a tendency to bite during cord wrapping. Just sayin':)

Little knife, performs big. I remember falling in love with the idea of it when the pics of the prototypes were posted and Jeff was batoning it through a tree limb.

I keep mine naked (skeletonized) the way God intended it. :D

NO!!!!! tape the edge!!!! The sheath gives you a false sense of security.
+1
TAPE IT and TAPE IT GOOD!!!
As the story 'round here goes every one does fine till the end when you tie your finishing not and WHAM!!! The little bugger jumps out it's sheath and bites you!!!

I must be doing something wrong -- I have wrapped four Izzy's, and I just can't get one to bite!

Here's how I like to do my wrap:

Yeah, I love the Izula. I got mine on Nov. 9th and I haven't not carried it since.

The only problem with Izulas is that you seem to lose them every year or so. I think it was designed that way. ;)

Your going to love it and definately tape it when you wrap it or you'll be sorry.

Well, I got lucky with the tight sheath and didn't get bit this time. I can see exactly what you mean about it popping out of the sheath when you tie it. I will make sure that I tape it when I wrap it when the new paracord comes in. Thanks for the advice.

We're trying to make them out of a new steel that simply disappears after a year.

Congrats man! I just got my Izula I and II today in the mail and they are great little knives!

Congratulations...

HOW BOUT THEM BUCKEYES! :D

Go Bucks! Arkansas played a great game and for all intents and purposes had it in the bag, then gave it away...what a great football game. Both teams fought hard....Pryor should have, since he dicked up for next season already. But that belongs on another forum....

Enjoy your Izzy.
