First, click on the comments he left for you, this will take you to the sale thread, copy the address bar,(control c), then hit the back button on browser, click leave feedback for him, then answer the first 3 questions, when asked for the URL of the sale thread, paste the former address bar into it, (control v), then click submit. Done.
