I have been searching for a way to leave positive feedback for the buyer who left me positive feedback on a recent transaction but keep running into problems.
Is there a link in how to use I-trader?
Any help would be appreciated!

First you have to copy the sales thread. Then click on their profile, click on their feedback score, then click on "submit feedback." You will see where to paste the thread you copied. Then fill out all of the required fields.

Do it the easy way! Go to your iTrader feedback page. Find the line where he rated you. You will see 3 icons. Put your cursor on the first one and click to get the response page to rate him.

THAAAAT'S why I'm usually the first to leave feedback.

I was a little intimidated to put this in W&C, but wondered why, when buying on the Exchange, communicating and paying promptly, leaving positive feedback for the seller, and letting them know I did, that they don't return the favor. I know it's voluntary, but after emailing me and saying nice things, I would think they would. 3 did and 3 or four didn't. My future response is not to leave positive feedback unless first received. I would also add that I would not buy from these sellers again. I guess that's the answer.:)

If everyone went about with this method then no one would receive any feedback. And you wont deal with those whom you left positive feedback? Talk about mixed messages. Maybe they just forgot or got busy with other things. It couldn't hurt to give them a friendly reminder.

iTrader feedback itself can be a fickle thing and doesn't always paint a clear picture of who you're dealing with. Some people leave negative for the smallest things like a seller sold to someone else because the actual buyer PMed the seller instead of selling to them because they posted "I'll take it" in the thread. I have even seen a negative or two that was actually supposedly a positive feedback, I just assume they click the wrong one. So yes, feedback can be important but you should also take a look at how they conduct themselves in other parts of the forum. A member can have 20+ feedback but with a quick search of their post history can tell you if they are someone you want to deal with or not. That's not usually the case but it doesn't hurt to gather as much knowledge about who you're dealing with.

There's folks here who didn't leave me any nor I them and I would be happy to buy, sell, or trade with them again. Just how things go sometimes.

I guess I agree with just about everything you said. It would be a bit strange that I wouldn't buy from someone that I left a positive review for. I'll re-think that. I feel comfortable requesting that the seller leave me positive feedback after I did the same, but I feel like I'm begging and pestering if I further remind them. At that point, it is my way of silently saying: "Oh Well." I make a conscious effort of being a good citizen here(everywhere) with friendly communication and prompt responses, along with positive feedback when the individual deserves it. Perhaps they are too busy. Thanks for your response. I just wish people would be more thoughtful.

Sometimes people need to be educated that there is in fact a Feedback system here. Nt everyone on these forums knows about it or has the same knowledge about it. Just like with the posting of pictures, just because a few know how to do it, and it's a simple procedure doesn't make it easy for everyone across the board.
