I tried out my new knife today...

After carrying my knife for 2 days I finally had an opportunity to cut something!


Too bad it was my own thumb. I was sitting in the hallway at work as we were mopped out of our offices, and was opening and closing my Kershaw when my thumb tip was removed. Oops! No blood for a few seconds, and then I was cupping my hands to keep it all off the floor. Oh well, at least I know it's sharp.

Ain't that the way it goes though! At least you now have a bond with the knife, as it has tasted your blood.....whether it is satisfied with a taste or not, well, only time will tell!!

ah yes the old thumb slice test..its the next level of the paper slice test. That's when you realize that sucker is super sharp LOL! get well soon bud.
