Then I became a forum member.
I never really noticed nor cared that all knifes were made for somebody else. Its probably why I have always preferred fixed blades. Theres no going back, funny how knowledge is like that. I started noticing how even the more ambidextrous knives, like many of the assist open and flippers still had the liner lock on the side best suited to the right handed.
Today I had a chance to look at and hold a knife mentioned fairly frequently on this forum the Benchmade Griptillion. A true ambi knife, I can open and close this knife like it was made for me, all my other semi ambies, though I can open them single handed still take two to close.
I bought the Benchmade, maybe Ill sell off my right handed knives, maybe even check out that lefty made by Chris Reeve everybody here is always talking about. Yeah, I got the one with orange handle slabs, a nice knife for a lefty.
