It doesn't make sense to me that a manufacturer discontinues making a great knife when the public clearly has a demand for it! Please bring back the "Badger Attack"

I have to second this. Also, the Mean Street and Lean Mean Street seem to be popular enough to continue as a regular offering.

I, for one, am always concerned when a manufacturer (of anything) pares his product line DOWN instead of trying to offer an option for each niche. Granted, one could take that too far in the other direction (all things to all people), but these blades seem like a no-brainer.

The Badger Attack IS available right now in an E handle...I have several coming into stock and have plenty of customer orders to fill for them...as for the future of the Badger, that is uncertain at the moment.

BUT, for anyone who wants one for sure, now is the time.

The straight handled Badger has been discontinued, as have all of the straight handled designs...however, for now, as just indicated, the Badger Attack E is available and a honey of a knife!!!

For any who are interested, I had the good fortune to handle a prototype of the stillborn Game Warden model at Blade West. In short, the larger E-handle felt absolutely great in my somewhat larger than normal hand. As soon as I learned that the new BA-E would have the same handle I immediately ordered one from Andy. I think you guys (and gals) will approve.

I would like to see a run of thinner Badgers as hunting knives and by all means keep the Badger alive.
also when i talked to that jerry guy who ansers the phone at Busse he said the E-Badgers where being made only to fill back orders.

Believe it or not, lonegunman, a thinner version of the Game Warden wouldn't have been too far off of what you're looking for. There is a large finger cut out in the blade in front of the handle resulting in a cutting edge that's only about three inches long. By putting your middle finger in the finger cutout you could easily run your index finger along the spine all the way up to and even a little beyond the drop point.

Yet one more reason to believe that the BF Skinner could possibly become a reality someday
