I wanna spay blade GEC #23

Gots me a GEC #23 the other day with a spay blade and drop point. I want to remove the drop point side of this ol girl and make a single spay blade.

What am I in for? Is it even a thing?
 
It can certainly be done --BUT-- practice on at least 2 cheap slippies first!
