i just don't know which one.

i want:
frame lock
flipper- maybe assisted
g-10 or maybe frn
tanto blade under 3"
very lightweight
slim
$80
s30v

thanks

Framelocks and FRN really do not go together. Take a look at the Kershaw Blur, it is a solid knife, lightweight, good steel, assisted. It is also well under $100.

No S30V, but take a look at the Kershaw Tanto Blur and Kershaw Tanto Groove.

S30V? Take a look at the ZT 0400:

A kershaw leek fills all the criteria that you mentioned, except if you want g10 you get a liner lock and if you want a framelock you get steel. your choice. there is an s30v version in a framelock that is tanto for about 80 bucks. I think that it completely fills the rest of your criteria.

There's no Kershaw Leek with a Tanto blade. There is the Random Leek which has what some people like to refer to as a reverse tanto for some reason. It is a moddified Wharncliffe blade. A tanto has a leading edge. Personally I don't think that there is such thing as a reverse tanto. When I think reverse tanto I see a tanto blade flipped so that what would normally be the cutting edge is the spine and what would normally be the spine is a cutting edge in a tanto grind. Maybe you can call it a reverse tanto if that small trailing edge was sharpened.

As far as what the OP is looking for, I honestly can't think of one knife that fits all that criteria.

i have considered a random task but no g-10, and it's heavier than i want. i have the g-10 leek in s30v but it's a liner lock and it just doesn't feel solid to me. i've had a blur and it's too thick for my front pocket, as is the zing. i have an od-1 but i'm trying to upgrade the steel and go lighter. thanks for all the suggestions.
