I want a "SpydeRench"!!!

Ok, I have a Ben Franklin burning a hole in my pocket waiting for the Wrench tool to come out. Are there any new developments for this? Will it look radically different than the tool shown on Knifecenter.com?

Will it be possible for the user to put the clip on the knife handle instead of the wrench?

And when can we expect to see these hit the streets? I can bet a dollar that this will replace the Gerber Multitool that has pinched my fingers for the last time

I mean, if you guys don't hurry, I might have to blow my money on a Military

You know, it's odd, but I don't consider myself in any way to be a "collector" of knives. I just continue to look for the knife that I want to carry on a regular basis.. Right now its endura and afck, but that can always change radically from week to week.

I feel I've finally picked a good utility knife, a good "other" knife, and now I need a good multi tool... so it'll be either Wrench or Wave... At the very least, the Wrench will have a much higher "cool" factor than the Wave

Tom - The SpydeRench is still scheduled to come out in August. Demand will probably exceed supply for a while. I would place your order now if you really want to get one before Y2K. The clip will not be adaptable to the knife alone. It shouldn't look too much different from the #5 proto shown in the photos.
