I have these. But now I want another to mod properly after all I have learned in the past 3 years, when I modded the one on top to double edged waved tip up while under the influence of crystal meth. The top was my first project. Now being off the chems for quite a while, I bet I could make a 630 look jammin, yet still be waved and tip up.

I just don't understand why you would want to do that, you do realize how much cutting performance and strength you have taken away from the blade? The wave it cool I guess but it is of no real advantage if you know how open a knife properly to begin with, It will also cause un-needed stress on the lock making it wear excessively.

I don;t know what they looked like after your drug-induced shop-job, but somebody must've snuck in later and really screwed up the top and bottom ones! What he did should be a federal crime! My heart's out to you, Charlie. I hope you find the guy that did that to your knives.

Now, the one in the middle? That is one of the finest modifications I've ever seen done to a Skirmish! Hire and pay the man that did that one!!!

You should draw out some plans maybe let some of guys around here help out with suggestions.

I was just thinking, maybe you add a wave to the knife rather than cutting away metal, something kinda like the pikal.
 
I have been toying with the idea of TIGing a wave on. My father in law wants to get a plasma arc machine.
 
Heat from the welding will ruin the temper of the blade. Don't ask me how I know. :o

Pulled the pivot a while ago to clean it.
 
Pretty soon all the big names in knives are going to put you on a no sell list.
