I want it all

If you all will bare with me I'll explain.

I've carried one of the old style Leatherman waves for 3 or 4 years but I recently managed to lose the thing. For reasons I won't bother with here I refuse to purchase another leatherman product.

So, I'm looking for alternatives. Right now my choices are boiled down to the SOG Powerlock, the Victorinox Swiss Tool and the Victorinox Swiss Tool CS. The problem is that none of them quite have it all...

I'm very impressed with the gearing / gripping ability of the SOG. The guy in the knife store was cutting pennies in half with the wire cutters. Wow. I HATE having to open the thing up to get to all the blades including the knife blades.

The Victorinox's have the cool opening all the blades from the outside feature, but I can either get both a plain and serrated blade on the Swiss tool or I can get a plain blade and the scissors but no serrated blade on the swiss tool CS.

Darn it I really wanted everything. So... thoughts? Is there another tool out there that I'm not aware of that will give me a plain and serrated blade and the scissors with blades that lock and are accessible without opening the tool? Am I living in fantasy land and should just buy one of each?

how bout the Victorinox Spirit! (which is technically the Swiss Tool Spirit) several versions and the original has what you want.

many of us call the serrated blade the "butter-knife" because of the bluntness of it but it works pretty good and it has a PE spear point also ;)

I have the Spirit and it's the smoothest opening for all those little tools of any multitool I've used.
