I would love to get one of these Hoyt Buck statue... Did anyone take any good pictures of it when they were at the 25th...
I heard they were thinking about making some for the BCCI members... That would be cool... It's about 16" tall and was
made for Chuck... It would sure look good in everyone's display case... Don't you think... I want one... :D
Who else would buy one... I'm sure if they made them for the club members, they wouldn't be 16" tall...
JB4570, is the only other one that has a Hoyt Statue... That I know of... ;)

I'm pretty sure that someone at Stump's table ate that foil-wrapped chocolate statute the first night at the banquet... I think that is what happened, anyway, there were drinks and well, ahhh, um, errr......

Thank you ITE. The glass reproduction of the Hoyt Buck anvil is courtesy of Glass Master Desert Chris. One pic is of the anvil in his kiln and one on his work table.

I don't remember seeing the statute at the Buck Factory and neither does my terrific wife Cindy. It would be wonderful to have something like that in a collection because I revere the founder as a man. I wonder if Chris could produce such a thing in glass?

This might deserve its own thread but what would you like BCCI to consider making available to members? I would love a few 424s with the S30V blade and the mirror blade from the Custom Shop 501. The parts already exist. Just put them together for us. Why not? It would be a mini pocket laser/showoffski!

DC, should make us all a glass anvil... :)

I would like a 424 with a S30V blade and one with a Damascus blade in a OD handles and Black and Orange
handles even clear handles... I think I over did it... :eek:

OK, I've picked myself up off the floor. Love that carpet... You have a vision. You are a man with vision. I like what you see. I want what you want. We have similar tastes which troubles me when I see an auction item that I fancy. Don't wanna bid against an old pard. Uh uh. No. Anything but that. I didn't know that there was a Damascus blade to fit the 424. You got one?
 
I want a 424 lightsaber ;)

And anything with damascus! Someday I will obtain one :)

Oregon, I'm sure I saw a 501 with a Damascus blade some where... :confused:

If not a BG-42 blade will work for me... :eek: ... :thumbup:
 
I believe the minimum run is 250 pieces. I favor the 424 with clear handle and s30v blade steel.

So let me think... You and I will each take 5 which leaves only 240 unspoken for. Anyone else?
