I want some stacked lether washers.

Well I use them for making my ferro rod handles.

I usually cut them by hand, but I bought a 1"x4" steel nipple and cap so I could grind a punch.

My advice is to take a piece of 8/9oz vegetable tanned leather, get it thoroughly wet and sandwich it between two granite slabs (or anything flat and heavy). Once it's dry it'll be compressed which will eliminate voids that'll cause problems down the road. You should compress the washers too if you buy em. The leather will be very hard and tough and that'll help with finishing too.

Good luck and let me know if there's anything I can help with.

They are so easy to make yourself. This has been layed out here before, use the search feature. Get a piece of top rail fencing pipe. Sharpen one end, lay your leather out and start hammering it thru. DM
