I'd be fine with all of that, but change the FRCP to marbled carbon fiber(white possibly). Or maybe even a dark tan G10 like the Yo2 had. That'd be sexy.

I'm not a fan of coated blades but I am 100% in favor of seeing some 4V in a production piece and a LW Manix sounds great. I have the 4V Mule and it seems great.

Oh man that would be a magnificent sprint. Seriously tempting even at ~3 hundy, though I wouldn't buy one. Unless the letters XL where added, then I don't think I could resist.
