I want to be a Scandi Purist

I've micro beveled/convexed my beloved Jarvenpaa Aito Pukko into an un-scandi state, and I'm not happy with it. I want it to be a pure (zero edge?) Scandi again.

Can anyone recommend someone who can do this for me? I think I may destroy my sharpening stones, or the knife, if I keep trying myself.

Like Dirty Harry said- "A man's got to know his limitations."
