A friend used My Izula gave it back and Man :mad: He killed the edge,I send it to ESEE and got it Back "Fantastic" Guys Thank you Fixed it right up! Great Service!:thumbup::thumbup:
 
You break it you buy it. If you find out the hard way your friend isn't really a friend then it was a cheap lesson learned.
 
Aside from not letting that friend borrow your gear again, this just shows how ESEE takes care of their customers.
 
YUp If I break something I'll replace it before you ask. I guess ESSE is like a good friend
 
I thought that they did not warranty the edge going dull, was it that he broke the edge and they had to re-grind it or was it just dull and you had no way of sharpening it yourself ? not trying to imply that you don't know how to sharpen or anything just wondering, either way thats what I love about this company!
