I want to up grade to gold

hey maybe you can help me out. I want to up grade to gold membership but I dont have a paypal account or the other people account too. I can pay by credit card or send in a us money order but I dont know on how to go about this. can you please help me out??

1) Go to this page : http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/payments.php
2) select desired membership.
3) Select desired payment method.(credit card, money order, paypal)
4) Click submit and wait for confirmation email.
5) If purchasing from USA : go to user CP>group memberships and select your purchased membership, click submit and enjoy.
If purchasing from another country: Wait for Spark to manually activate your account and then go to your user CP.
