Decided to throw together a lil lunch today with the help of my ESEE-3.

I love this knife. Tough, yet not too thick.

sorry the photos aren't the greatest, my camera skills could use work.

taters, green peppers, onions, and jalapeno cheese smoked sausage.

Just wanted to give a thanks to the ESEE guys and gals for being so damn cool. :D

Kyle.

Thanks everybody. :D

That 3 has done me well over the past, eh, 6 months, and even after some outdoor use, the coating isn't budging! Maybe I need to beat on it a lil harder. ;)

ESEE definitely makes a great product. I have a feeling I'll be adding more out of want rather than necessity.

This was the other evening. Grilling a 28 inch Northern Pike on the gas grill I needed to slice into it to see of it was done. RC-3 to the rescue:

Haha, sorry for making everyone so hungry. :D

That pike looks pretty good, too, MVB.

Nice pics. The three excells at food prep. "Too thick" is definitely not something that comes to mind when I think about the RC/ESEE-3.

Thanks, but after seeing many of your posts, I gotta say your pics and food looks much better.

I couldn't agree more, though, the 3 is just right for food prep but can take quite a beating, too.

Thank you for the compliments. I have had a good bit of experience at both, I've been cooking since I was nine :)

Yeah, it took me a little while to relax with the 3MIL...but finally I did. I still keep a heavier bladed knife handy on long hikes just out of experience but the RC3 has done everything I have asked of it so far. I was just contemplating that earlier when I was sharpening it.

Yeah, I usually bring a bk-7 as well. ESEE and Ka-bar are some of the best companies in the biz as far as I'm concerned.
