It's a CF harpy by spyderco. Just though it was pretty cool, he used it cut a guys thoat, and cut pazzi's bowels out when he hung him over the balcony.

In the book he buys the harpy and civilian from the spyderco booth at a gun show. The book states that the harpy was so sharp he didn’t even have to wash any blood off.

IT seems like for a long time there the only knives I saw on Hollywood movies were SPydercos. The cool factor is hard to beat!!!

I really like that Harpy design, especially in CF. Its presence sure does let its intention be known in a serious fashion.

He also used a Harpy (I believe a serrated SS version) to cut the Gypsy's femoral artery when he was trying to get Hannibal's prints on the bracelet.
