Since i couldn't make it i figured the next best thing to being at blade was drinking some harp lager and throwing a steak on the BBQ. I know it's no comparison but it's the best i can do on short notice. I hope to see some pics posted of the busse and srkw tables and all the folks who made it out (lucky devils). Have fun guys, i wish i was there with ya!

I hear ya bro, I guess I'll spend some time at the bench and work on a certain MoFo sheath....;) Its nearly done!:D
 
I wish I was there too! I am fixing to spend the 3 or 4 days removing 30 year old counter tops in my parents house and then redoing some kitchen plumbing and reinstalling new counter top. At least it will keep my mind of Blade. Maybe I can catch the one in 2005. next year is out because of school. Yes I am whining in advance:D
 
At least i'm not the only one suffering. Misery loves company i suppose. Thanks for the heads up on the sheath. :D
 
Yeah, Blade would be nice but I'm going to spend my Father's Day weekend with my wife, daughter, and knives camping at the base of a glacier. I will take some photos of my Busses in action in their natural habitat and post them here later. I will find a way to make Jerry regret holding Blade on Father's Day weekend!

Huh? Jerry doesn't make those decisions? Why not? Isn't Blade a Busse Combat thing?:D :D :D
 
Hey Les, Where ya going camping at? I'd gladly trade places with you. I have to spend my fathers day weekend flying back to DC for training. Camping at the base of a glacier with my family and a Busse sounds much more appealing. My only consolation is that I'll get to see the inside of the Pentagon and the repairs they made after 9/11. I wonder if they'll let me inside with my NO?:eek:
