I would like to introduce myself......

I have been lurking and reading and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Michael and I have been collecting knives/watches/pens/flashlights for about 15 yrs. I own mainly production knives and at some point will purchase some customs. I have been kicking around buying the Rukus with the black serrated edge and value your thoughts. I would like to hear from those of you that own this knife and what your impression is? Thanks for your time!

I have a pe/grey Rukus and love it!! Fits my hand great, lockup and general design are both solid as a rock, blade design is highly utilitarian and the blade is long enough to do basically everything I need in a EDC knife. I would highly recomend this knife to anybody who likes larger blades and the mini for those who want something a little smaller(I have both:D ) if you like larger folders I can not imagen how you couldn't love this knife

Welcome! You're in good hands here. The Rukus is a fine knife- one of Benchmade's best workhorses. I found it to be just too large, so I'm selling mine. If you need a very large folder, it is a great choice.

I've got both versions of the Rukus. Love them both. Do a search and I think you'll find lots of info about them and that most people love them.
 
Welcome aboard!!! I have no opinion on the Rukus, but I agree about this place helping you drain the ole bank account. There are good people here, enjoy!
