I would like to see a Super CQC7 with a wave.

With an optional M2 carbon steel blade. Your choice of hard crome or Black T.

Look to the BM 975 to get some idea of what you would be getting. Not a bad idea. As busy as Emerson is, it would take a major sponsor of the idea, such as TripleAught with the SC.

BM 975 is a great knife but it did not have the wave. I&I tanto is nice too but the CQC7 is a classic tactical folder. CQC7 has endured over the years when other styles have come and gone.

i too wish EKI would come out w/a version of the BM 975, i have a 975SBT and carry it often, makes a EKI CQC7 look smallish lol, it really does look a lot bigger than it really is, but i like the extra 1/2" or so

suprised EKI hasnt jumped on the bandwagon w/a 4" waved CQC7, i bet it would sell like hotcakes, imho

well, yes, it has to be competitively priced for sure.........unlike the super commanders, imho way overpriced to use the thing and not just stick it in the gun safe..........for collectors only

but a REASNOBLY priced super version of the commander/CQC7 would be one hot item imho

I totally agree with you SIFU1A regarding the price issue.

Many other knife companies have come out with designs that copy the CQC7 but they are just poor imitations of the CQC7.

I wouldn't mind seeing a full four inched Tanto either. I think I'm in the minority in that I would prefer a waved version of the "I&I Tanto", I really dig guarded bodies.

I brought this up to EKI, but it seems it would require a complete redesign as there is no thumb ramp. :(

SIFU1A, I waiting by the door for UPS to show up. Their bringing my SC today and that sucker's going right in my pocket!! :D
