a moment and brag about my dog.:D

At 9.5 years old he's still going strong.

We spent two days in cover like this going after grouse.

He put me onto or in the area of 17 birds of which I got to shoot at 5 of them. The problem with the cover though is it can be kinda tough to hit a crossing shot when you can't swing a shot gun, but man is it exhilarating.

I did manage to drop one, I think it matches my AD nicely.

Just look at how he watches that AD.:D

Brings a tear to my eye. Love a good dog story and you have a great dog enjoy him and you should be proud.

He looks like a CHamp.

As my buddy tells me , the greys give him character.

Bet he could tell some tales.

Congrats on the kill and the companion

Great photos! My chocolate lab, is 7 and he is still as hyper as when we first got him as a puppy.

Awesome dog bro, tell him "good boy" from all of us, and throw a little something extra in his bowl tonight!

My dog was 18 and a half years old when he passed away. :(

My condolences, we never have enough time with them.

Bet he could tell some tales.
I would like to hear his spin as well, unless it's about his owners shooting ability.:o

Very close, wirehairs in my experience have a little more prey drive which can be interesting at times.

Great pics and a great Dog Helle

There's no wonder that they are called mans best friend. :D

I used to own a short heard GSP years ago, full of energy and mad keen on going out for a walk for rabbits with me.

It's an old pic and very discolored.
