I like making this model. It is a full size fixed blade that you can carry discretely in your front pocket.
The sheath holds it tightly but you can pull it out with one hand.
I spend a lot of time shaping the handle, it lays rock solid in your hands but doesn't give pressure points.
3 5/8" stainless niolox blade, a bit over 7" overall, 3mm thick(~1/8").
The one in the last picture is my personal one, it will go camping with me this summer
