I just thought that it would be interesting to post a picture of a competitor cutting through 6 water bottles in the International Cutting Competition Trials.
There are other cutting events as well. Seems like a good way to see maker's knives in action and have a basis for buying a user knife.
I contacted Reggie Barker, the first place winner about his winning knife ($800), you can buy one exactly like it as well.
