If "Oetzi" could be awakened from his 5,000 year slumber, what would he think of blades today? Shocked that they are rarely carried in modern society, or amazed at the steels and designs?

Check out the detailed info on the blades he was carrying (click on "the equipment")

If you were to be entombed in ice, what would you want people in 5,000 years to find on your person?

thanks for the link. the equipment list was pretty interesting. i bet he was would be fascinated with how sharp modern knives can get and how long they keep that edge.

Well, he was more prepared than most people are today. I like how he always carried smoldering embers with him in a container so he could start a fire. Ingenius.

His knife would have been a razor blade sharp instrument.

Knapped flint is that way.
