I just finished this kitchen hybrid. It is something like gyuto blade with "western" style handle. I hope you will like it

Guard - 1,2842 (O2) steel + 75ni8 Uddeholm (15N20)
Handle - Turkish nut
Average length - 32,5 cm (approx- 12,8 inches) , blade - 19 cm (approx- 7,5 inches).
Blade width at widest point 49 mm (approx 1,93 inches )mm , blade thickness 3,7 mm (0,146inches)
