ICONS in "REPLY" box are gone

All the icons or features at the top of the box you type in to reply are all gray'd out. The B for bold, I for italics and the pic icon are all gone or grayed out. It won't let me use any of them. I tried logging out and logging back in. I took a screenshot so ya know what I'm talking about.

Try clicking the 3 dots over to the right, then click the brackets.

Not sure, other than accidentally clicking it at some point.

You didn't really do anything wrong, except accidentally click that option.

The "toggle BB code" button is handy sometimes if you want to edit a post without automatic formatting. Especially if there are lots of quotes, links, or images.
