Used to sell Spyderco knives but this one I can’t remember. No markings as such but I believe it was a Goddard?
Been in my drawer for 35-40 years

That looks like the first version of the Wayne Goddard, with micarta scales. I owned one about 30 years ago and it was stolen here in a trade attempt. I think it was the first knife I owned with a pocket clip. I have no idea about current value, they very rarely come up for sale.

Thank you

It has no pocket clip; only the hole in the end for a key ring or lanyard.
I lost three of them because they slipped out of dress pants like money.
Put this one away.
The scales have turned partly brown from the original black. Age I reckon

Welcome

That looks to be a C20 baby Goddard.

Hi Bullitt,

Seems strange that we would sell a knife with no markings? It should at least say Spyderco?

There are pictures in the first post. Are you perhaps viewing on a phone and can’t see them? In any case, I think the poster was referring to markings as the model name. The knife is marked Spyderco but not Goddard.
