ID help needed

Well it seems that ever since coming to this site a few months ago that I am finding Schrades sneaking out of the woodwork that I never would have paid any attention to in the past. Would someone please help with the ID on this one?

It is a 3 blade folder about 3 1/2 in. long folded, the scales are a pale yellow color, it has a shield on one scale (no markings) and it has "Schrade Walden NY" on the master blade. There are no numbers that will allow me to look up the ID by the model number.

Is that enought to provide a clue? Thanks.

I think we are going to need a photo. They made many many 3 blade patterns through the years that we might guess about 5 or 6 that might match but its going to be just that. If you cant post a picture you could email one to me and I will post it for you. Another thing would be to look at our web page under either the OT or UH knives and see if you find a matching pattern and let us know. From there we might get a little closer.

Thank you Larry. I wasn't aware of the link that you provided and the pictures were a real help. It looks similar to an 80TY however there are no markings on the shield and the scales are the color of the 296 OTY. I'll get a picture and post it so that we can perhaps tie it down a bit better.
