ID holder

I need some type of ID holder that will clip on my uniform shirt and extends out from a reel... I have a cheap freebie that is worn out, my ID, electronic parking card and couple of other laminated quick reference cards are causing it to hang down and get in the way. I don't want a silver key chain reel... Any suggestions?

Not a high end solution or anything....

But I happened to be in Staples yesterday and they had some on the counter in a bin for a couple bucks in a variety of colors. Not sure how much wieght they would hold if you have several IDs on them at once, but worth checking out.
