no i dont have it ... i thought it was a fable as i had
never heard of one before let alone seen one...
dont know if i was fast enught to get it ...

kinda like the one i almost bought and
then i thought it was a cheep knock off
had buck etched on the back side horz real light ...:barf:
and said no for the price of 25$ :foot: a good while back ...


did not know if it was real or not so ...
was closeing a deal on one and
negoating on another knife when it came up...
so now ...i am not sure i can on either or any
you know these things are normanly a one time one chance deal only ...
so i dont know... he is not answering email & has not called me back..

like that one line story above i learned and contacted him back later and some one offered him 200 for it stright up... so i heasated and lost...

But a brass framed 111 would be close enough....

Dave, you don't mean the 111 with the Idaho cutout, the birchwood inlays and the brass frame? I saw such a knife -- ääähm --- you know, I'm not allowed to publish a link from an actual electronic beach auction.

that i was talking of... picture it in brass ....
that is how it was discribed to me with rased design not cut in...
i dont know if the design is the same or not..

note there are the bright banners as shown and the mat banners that have a very diffrent design cut in them ...
you can tell when they are side by side real easy......

they are all folding hunters to me ....
esp if i had some thing to drink from the jar that day...


it is the koji and 120's the cross locks the 500's the 184 639 and other non folding hunters that seem to appear in the morning that i know i dont collect and dont rember bidding on :foot: .....

now i do collect the 124 as that also is a knife of my youth...

of all the knives at the show i dont rember seeing a 500 collection!!!!
now there is a good spot for some one to do a display on!!!
besides i thought you guys did 124's and 112's
