I like my mini-Seb' so much, I would love to see a tactical version.

The basic Seb' sauce recipe would be used, with a few modifications: thumb disk instead of studs, redesigned handle and blade for faster opening, tip up carry, blade no more than 3.5".

This would be my dream folder. :eek: :eek:
 
I want a thumbdisk.

Also, I would like a blade style which is not too aggressive - i.e., won't frighten a jury if needs be. Needless to say, it shouldn't be called the Eviscerator... :)
 
Hmmm, what is the Massai word for evisorator? Tip up carry sounds good but the warranty would have to support an inertia opening. Blade style I think the drop point with a sedge would be a good combination of sd/utility Maybe a rouch g10 insert on the non-clip side?

Gig's Tactical Sebbie (Mandatory Requirements): Completely blacked out ! I've also had visions of all black, but with high polished screw heads. :eek: No other mod's. . . .to such a fine ka-nife, please. :D

A large Sebbie with a swedge, G-10 inlays but solid pieces not two separate one in the handle, Black coating on blade and handle. maybe a slight alteration to add more of a finger groove between the blade and handle for safety.

Other than these which the 1st 3 would be easy to do I think the Sebbie is a all around folder anyway, for EDC or emergency survival or even Tactical, I mean what is tactical anyway? Tactical is what ever works for what you need it for, IMO from a 15 year cop.
 
An XL Sebbie with ambidexterous thumb studs standard (gotta be able to open it with your weak hand just in case), a Tanto blade profile with a short swedge (for blade strength and penetrating ability), black or green Canvas Micarta inlays (best hand stickum out there, just ask a Green Beret), should be sized to comfortably fit in my back pocket along side the wallet. That's my 2 cents.
 
Personally, I would like something very discrete and unobstrusive.
