I have a friend ,which is my best friend in my life .His birthday is coming soon and I'd like to buy one special gift to him.any recommendations ?

Let me just do a simple introduction to him ,A man who is a outdoor and gadget enthusiast, as well as a reading lover .Since a child we have always loved outdoor and reading ,my parents always treat him as own son ,just like me .He recieved too many books what he liked, this is his 30th birthday ,something must be special .In additonal , my mom and my dad have diffrent opinoins.

So simple question ,the Suaoki lantern is better than the book ,because your friend like outdoor activities and has so many books,in additional ,I always support my mom when at home ,lol.....
