I'd like to see Ka bar release a Becker Patrol Machete (BK6), Who's with me?

Sure, but with last years release of the parangatang, the upcoming release of the 21, I'm not sure they'd be releasing another big blade so soon. But we can always hope :)
 
Yup. My machetes are gettin' beat on a lot these days. A BK-6 would give them a nice break. :thumbup:

Yes, and I can attest to it's awesomeness. But you know you want a BK6, and you know you want KaBar to give it to you.
 
I've got a Camillus BK6 - like the BK4, it is much smaller than I expected from the pictures I'd seen. That said, I'm quite intrigued by it; and would likely open my wallet if KaBar chose to reissue.
 
We were told that KA-BAR can't locally make big blades like the BK6, meaning the patrol machete would have to be made overseas, and they want to keep the line made in the USA.

And then the Parangatang came into being, made in the USA, the same overall length as the BK6. That gives us reason to believe that the BK6 will indeed be remade one day, American made, as we now know it's physically possible to achieve.
 
Hope it is sooner rather than later, so tempted to get the NIB BK6 out and use, just do not see to many though been looking for a user for a while now just not in the mood to shell out 200 for a User. So yes count me in X2

The Kukri looks like it will be a very popular model. I'll be after one along with anything else machete-like.
