I just tried to become a gold member status , so i can offer my knives to all you guy and gals because of financial troubles.
But the transaction was declined as per the sites message.
What gives ? anyone have troubles lately.:confused:
 
If you tell us specifically what happened we might be able to help you. Was your credit card refused or what? What error message did you get?
 
i filled out the form coplete then i hit submit and the next screen came up saying
"transasction cancelled (2)".
 
Need more information than that. Last 4 of credit card, date and time that you attempted this?
 
tried on 5/31/2006 at app 8:00 pm eastern time 3 times,but im not comfortable posting my last 4 digits even though its only a partail number.
 
tried again today 6/03/2006 at 5:08 pm eastern time and same message "this tranasction has been declined (2)"

There is a field that says something about ID. Customer ID, IIRC. If there is anything in this field it will not be accepted.

Have you posted in S&S, and contacted Cougar and/or Spark as they each suggested?
 
just tried it with a new card number and left the customer id blank and i got a "no payment hash found"

Correct. That was the only problem I was having.

Did you enable your commo? :D
 
The "no payment hash" error I don't know what is the root of it. What browser are you using to surf the web?
