I'd like to tap Tapatalk very rapidly and very frequently...

Has to be one of the most irritating aps. Even when you click "don't show this again" the darn thing appears again and again. I mean really, what kind of thinking goes on with these people? I'll go out of my way to never ever use the ap simply because of their aggressive and irritating marketing campaign. It's also resulted in locking my iPad on more than one occassion. Why does Bladeforums allow them to be so aggressive? Are they paying enough to constantly allienate paying members??
 
I don't think it has to do with bladeforums, more likely the vBulletin system. If you are reading bladeforums on a mobile device, just download the app and be happy!:D It's much better than trying to read the web version on a small smartphone screen.
 
Thanks but no thanks. Tried looking at Bladeforums via the ap and it looks bad. Plus communication via the ap is slow slow slow. And finally, once again, as a matter of principle... I refuse to buy from a company that p...ses me off. ):):) But thanks for the advice!!
 
Everytime I log on the tapatalk askes me to download it. Checking the don't show again does nothing, trying to download it doesn't work either. That and when you try to post, asking if you want to leave the page almost every time, is getting old.
 
I don't know and I am by no means a computer whiz but I will say that the damn banner ad for tapatalk has stuck itself to the top of my browser on more than one occasion after visiting bladeforums. And stayed there until I shut the iPad down completely. How on earth that happens is beyond me, but once again, when a company is that aggressive it serves no purpose but to allienate and lose potential customers.

I haven't seen very many tapatalk screens come up anywhere else, maybe 2 at most and no once I checked don't show again they did not appear every time I get on. I'd thought the asking to leave the page every post was gone, yesterday but it's back today.
 
No. Just Bladeforums. I get it when I use an Ipad. It does not happen with another forum that uses a newer version of vBulletin (5.1.3).

However, Finnegan, if your Ipad is hanging up, it's not the tapatalk commercial before bladeforums, because it does not hang up for me. The Ipad I use has the most current load.

Happens to me too and then it covers up the selection boxes to move from forum to forum. Forgot about that one.

I just got the "Are you sure you want to leave this page" BS again when posting this and it makes posting take about 10 X longer than it used to.
 
The jump from 4.2.2 to 5.1.3 would be interesting. We might as well all chip in for a megasized bottle of Excederin Migaraine for Spark before asking him. I'll leave that request for someone else. ;)
