ID please on Antique Knife

Hi Guys
Could I get any info on a ID please, my knife is poss a Spanish Navaga with a touch mark I cant trace, simply a pair of Pliers & the word BATISS?

You might have a French Navaja made by Batisse, and the symbol isn't a pair of pliers, but a man in the moon. See below for a sample of their stamp.
