It is one of the old models of the multi plier. Stay away from it. If you can find it you would not want it. Look how close the handles close. I got one mean pinch from that model when I was in the military and it was retired that day never to be an EDC again. The newer multilocks fixed this problem and they are pretty good, but stay away from this model.
 
I agree with Tsquare, that version of Multiplier will pinch the living c--- out of your fingers or fleshy part of your hand. I had a similar experience. You only let it happen once then you get rid of the darned thing. This applies only to the early ones, I have two later models that are just fine.
